PRAGATI is a 4-step The Project Leadership Development Program (PLDP) of Larsen & Toubro aims to foster the comprehensive development of project leaders who can handle mega projects and mega portfolios through competency-based development. This initiative is aligned with and inspired by L&T’s strategic plan (Lakshya) targets to enhance the revenue, improve the speed of execution, adopt an asset-light business model and expand to various geographies. This requires a large in-house pool of competent world-class Project Leaders delivering complex projects in competitive domestic and international markets, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and customer satisfaction.
Delivered in collaboration with world-class institutions, our programs provide global exposure to best practices. Level 1 is offered in partnership with IIM Indore, Level 1+ with SDA Bocconi in Milan, Italy, Level 2 with IIM Calcutta, and Level 3 with the University of Texas. The primary objective is to develop the next generation of project leaders.
