The PMI PMP (Project Management Professional) and PMI CP (Construction Professional in Built Environment Projects) Preparatory Programs are structured training courses designed to help professionals gain expertise in project management and construction project management, respectively. These programs prepare candidates for PMI certification exams, enhancing their skills in planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Both programs align with PMI (Project Management Institute) global standards, ensuring best practices are followed across industries like IT, construction, manufacturing, and infrastructure.

PMI PMP Preparatory Program Objectives:

• Equip professionals with in-depth project management knowledge aligned with PMI standards
• Prepare candidates to pass the PMP certification exam with confidence
• Develop expertise in project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Enhance understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
• Improve leadership, stakeholder communication, and risk management skills

PMI CP Preparatory Program Objectives:

• Train professionals in best practices for construction project management
• Provide knowledge on contract management, procurement, and risk mitigation in construction projects
• Prepare candidates for PMI CP certification, boosting their credentials in the built environment sector
• Strengthen understanding of project delivery methods, cost estimation, and schedule control
• Improve decision-making skills for handling complex construction projects

Eligibility criteria

• With a bachelor’s degree: You need 36 months (3 years) of unique, non-overlapping project management experience
• Without a bachelor’s degree: You need 60 months (5 years) of unique, non-overlapping project management experience
