Master Classes Programs:
Each Master Class is structured to help participants develop a strong understanding of core concepts, principles, frameworks, processes, tools, and techniques essential for effective project execution. Additionally, these programs provide exposure to international standards and global best practices, enabling participants to align project processes with industry benchmarks and local requirements.
The Master Class programs are open to L&T employees from Tier 1 to Tier 3 levels. The training is conducted in two modules, with each module lasting 3 to 4 days, followed by a 2 to 3-month gap to apply learnings in real-world scenarios.
Upon successful completion, participants will be eligible to earn PMI PDUs (Professional Development Units), further enhancing their professional credentials.
