The development of the L&T Body of Knowledge (L&T BoK) Case Study Series is rooted in a real-project-based philosophy. By embedding L&T's best practices into structured learning, we ensure that our knowledge repository remains both comprehensive and practically applicable. Recognising the value of experience-driven learning, IPM set an ambitious goal of creating 100 case studies across 10 volumes, covering essential aspects of project management such as scheduling, cost, risk, contracts, and stakeholder engagement. This initiative serves as a vital learning resource for L&T professionals, equipping them with practical insights to navigate real-world project challenges effectively.
In 2024, we successfully launched L&T BoK Vol I, featuring 10 integrated case studies. As we move forward into 2025, we proudly introduce L&T BoK Vol II, adding another 10 case studies to our expanding collection.
