Many of our faculty are leaders in their field, and frequently engage with diverse groups of L&T Businesses. The Institute currently has 13 core faculty members, more than 30 international visiting faculty as well as professionally qualified experts from L&T taking programmes.
L&T IPM draws high quality intellectual capital both from the academic and the corporate world. We are one of few institutions in India to have attracted Faculty from business schools abroad, like George Washington University USA, University of Manchester UK, and Western Carolina University, USA. We also very strongly believe in on-the-job learning and learning through experience sharing. To add real-life learning and bring in a corporate flavour, professionally qualified practitioners from business are invited to deliver courses. They are able to draw the bridge between theory and practice and contribute extensively to the unique learning experience.
