IEMB-PM program forms a crucial part of PRAGATI's comprehensive Project Leadership Development Program, which aims to develop project leadership across L&T businesses at various organizational levels. PRAGATI encompasses four levels of Career Progression Programs (CPPs) and adheres to a competency-based framework, incorporating essential project management skills and the motivational attributes required for leaders at different tiers.
The IEMB-PM Program is collaboratively delivered by L&T IPM and the SDA Bocconi School of Management, Milan, Italy. The IEMB-PM program is a carefully designed modular program spread over two years, with a 60-day duration to be delivered in eight modules of six days each conducted every three months and online sessions between the modules. IEMB-PM focuses on a unique combination of project management and business management courses and is designed to up-skill the project execution talent and support the leadership ascent of young, high-calibre project professionals from E2/O2 to M2-A cadre with the latest tools and techniques to handle L&T complex domestic and international projects, as well as effectively build and lead project businesses.
