LEVEL-1 + : INTERNATIONAL EXECUTIVE MASTER'S IN
BUSINESS WITH SPECIALSATION IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT (IEMB-PM)

The IEMB-PM Program is collaboratively delivered by L&T IPM and the SDA Bocconi School of Management, Milan, Italy. The IEMB-PM program is a carefully designed modular program spread over two years, with a 60-day duration to be delivered in eight modules of six days each conducted every three months and online sessions between the modules. IEMB-PM focuses on a unique combination of project management and business management courses and is designed to up-skill the project execution talent and support the leadership ascent of young, high-calibre project professionals from E2/O2 to M2-A cadre with the latest tools and techniques to handle L&T complex domestic and international projects, as well as effectively build and lead project businesses.

Distinctive Features of the SDA Bocconi IEMB-PM Program

• SDA Bocconi is ranked 6^th globally in Custom Programs by The Financial Times FT, USA 2024 rankings, with no Indian institute featuring in the top 25.
• The regular IEMB Program is available through the SDA Bocconi Asia Centre, Mumbai at a total cost of INR 22 Lacs (Approx.). In contrast, the L&T IPM provides the same program with a specialization in Project Management for a cost of INR 6.90 Lacs, with participants being required to pay only INR 2.30 Lacs.
• Participants in the IEMB-PM Program receive a Master Diploma/First Level Master (as per EU standards) from SDA Bocconi University with 60 European Credit Transfer System (ECTS).
• Faculty members from SDA Bocconi engage in co-teaching with L&T IPM faculty members, which gives students a global perspective.
• Participants become alumni of SDA Bocconi, gaining access to the SDA Bocconi Alumni network.
