The concept of Risk is well discussed and widely published but requires effective implementation in projects in order to overcome challenges.

The programme focuses on execution dimension of Risk management and shall provide an over view of Enterprise Risk Management, execution challenges, risks of scope creep, schedule and cost overrun and response strategies. The session will also help participants understand stakeholder's influence on project outcomes and the importance of risk communication in Projects. Palisade @Risk will be used for evaluating the level of confidence in uncertain scenarios and decisions shall be based on more robust analysis.
