In the current challenging environment, it is desirable for EPC project professionals to understand the importance of proficient management of accounts receivables, payables and inventory in various forms like raw materials, work in progress (WIP) and finished activities/packages.

This SCDM intends to equip project professionals with effective strategies in handling receivables, inventory and payables. Project professionals are expected to know how to estimate and monitor accounts receivables, payables and inventory along with what to do with project cash for maximizing project returns while minimizing project risk.
