Managing Financial Performance to control cost, cash gaps and working capital along with maintaining profit margins has always been crucial to the survival of EPC contractors.

Project financial performance measurement is a specialized financial tool necessitating an in-depth understanding of contracts, commercial terms & conditions, stakeholders’ requirements along with project performance commitments. It is important for participants to understand the key elements that support a financial performance measurement for efficient and profitable execution of EPC Projects. Program focuses on understanding financial statements, this along with how to plan project cost, cash flows, and working capital during proposal stage and devising a strategy for effective monitoring and control of project’ cost, cash flows and working capital along with financial risks during execution stage of EPC Projects. This Program will help participants to understand, analyse and interpret financial performance measurement terms and use them as tools in assessing the viability as well as profitable and efficient execution of EPC Projects. It also explains difference between profit and cash flow, the components of working capital, and how to manage them effectively to improve financial performance of EPC Projects. In addition, participants will also develop and understanding of how pricing and cost control behaviour affect gross margins and business profit.
