The Specific Competency Development Modules (SCDM) program is a short-duration, high-impact training initiative designed to equip professionals with advanced knowledge in specific areas of project management. These programs focus on the latest concepts and best practices, helping participants develop expertise in their chosen domain while understanding its interconnections with related fields

Each SCDM program is structured as a single-module course lasting 2 to 5 days, offering an intensive learning experience. These programs are available in three formats:
