- Creating a talent pool of Project Directors with developed expertise in Mega-project execution.
- Exposure to International Best Practices for managing profitable project delivery and sustainable client engagement
- Enhance competencies for managing large-scale and complex projects
Eligibility criteria
Project personnel who are in Tier-3 cadre (M3A to M3C) having 20+ years of experience (in total) from L&T group companies and having performance rating 6 or above.
