Management Development Program - Company Specific on Project Management
The objectives of this programme are to impart knowledge, skill and abilities of Project Management, and to understand the flow of knowledge and and apply project management processes within a system thinking framework. The programme is spread over a period of 6 days and covers project life cycle, WBS and basic networking techniques, project finance, project risk and execution & commissioning of project.
The entire course is designed in line with the Project Management Body of Knowledge of Project Management Institute (PMI) USA. Based on needs of the participating organisations, the programme duration and course contents can be customized.
