The main objective of the program is to prepare future L&T business and project leaders by strengthening their managerial and
business competence, with specific focus on improving their ability to manage complex projects, which represent the core business of L&T.

Knowledge Enrichment:
- A structured and comprehensive knowledge of recent business developments, best professional practices, standards, and tools related to contemporary business and project management of L&T’s Projects.
- Knowledge of proven strategies, principles and methods applicable to business and project management, and which can contribute to performance improvements, and effective project delivery.
Skills Enhancement:
- Develop set of skills & competencies through innovative program contents and learning methodologies designed to hone the necessary business acumen and managerial attitudes essential to navigate the challenges of the domestic and international markets in which L&T operates.
- Utilise established and advanced skills to research, analyse and evaluate new information, concepts and evidence from a range of business, and projects, to reflect critically on business best practices, and to strive for execution excellence in L&T’s projects.
Application of Knowledge and Skills:
Participants of the Program will demonstrate the application of knowledge and skills through the planning and delivery of program assignments and the “Capstone Project”, while tracking progress through by using disciplined project management skills and business management knowledge.
